JPCA is the largest organization of elected county officials in the State of Texas. No other statewide organization does more to protect the joint heritage of Justices of the Peace and Constables than JPCA. Texas Justice Court Training Center

TJCTC is an educational endeavor of the Justices of the Peace and Constables Association. TJCTC is funded by a grant from the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals and is affiliated with Texas State University. North Texas JPCA is proud to partner with TJCTC to provide education to North Texas. LEMIT

The Bill Blackwood Law Enforcement Management Institute of Texas (LEMIT) helps develop the administrative, analytical, and executive skills of the law enforcement community.
